I was almost a nun once.

Now—a guide, a mirror, a shamanic bridge between the seen and unseen.
My work is rooted in radical honesty, deep spiritual practice, and the unapologetic belief that your soul came here to remember.

I created She Shaman to offer soul-first coaching that goes way beyond mindset.
And I founded LITA – A Spiritual Community to hold and protect the sacred ceremonial work with our sacraments: Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, 5-MeO-DMT, and MDMA.
Some people come for coaching.
Some for ceremony.
Most find their path blends both—perfectly.
Because healing isn’t linear. It’s layered. It’s holy. It’s human.

Kat is the heart behind the scenes—infusing every retreat, ritual, and ceremony with grounded care and radiant love. Her spiritual path was sparked in 2018 at her first Ayahuasca ceremony with Bri, launching a life of service. Formerly a salon owner, Kat now channels her gifts into logistics, safety, and soul support as Bri’s right hand and LITA’s steady anchor.
Mario brings vision to life. With skills spanning architecture, design, and guest hospitality, he transforms every environment into a sacred space where transformation flourishes. His attention to detail and devotion to excellence make every LITA gathering a sanctuary.

Dave’s journey with LITA began with a soul-level meeting with Bri in the jungles of Peru after his first Ayahuasca ceremony in 2019. Though both lived in Phoenix, their bond was forged through deep ceremony and shared purpose abroad… sparking a connection that has continued for over five and a half years.
As Ambassador of Awakening & Outreach, Dave is a radiant force behind the scenes and beyond. His life was profoundly transformed through his ongoing work with the God Molecule and Bri… so much so that he naturally became a bridge for others seeking healing and truth. He now helps steward LITA’s outreach, oversees Phoenix-based God Molecule meditation circles, captures ceremony through soulful photography and video, and supports event logistics with creativity and heart.
A creative visionary, Dave credits plant medicine… and especially his work with Bri… as the catalyst for awakening his artistic gifts. Now three and a half years into his painting practice, his growing body of abstract work reflects the depth of his own transformation.

All sacramental work is offered within a protected religious context, for sincere spiritual purposes only. Participation is available exclusively to approved members of our church.
SAFETY & INTEGRITY
We conduct thorough medical and spiritual screenings to ensure all participants are ready and supported. Trained facilitators are present at every ceremony. All sacraments are handled with reverence and compliance.
COMMUNITY & CONTINUITY
LITA is not a one-time retreat—it’s a path. Our members connect monthly for integration, learning, and support. We walk this journey together.
